At Spartan Water have many years of knowledge and experience of Legionella monitoring and inspections work in healthcare properties, Schools, Colleges, Universities, local Authority buildings as well as Offices , Factories and Landlord properties.Our consultants can visit you premises and discuss your needs if required before implementing a monitoring regime bespoke to you and your properties.We offer this service both locally and nationally.Our packages include full L8 compliance monitoring; however this can be adapted to just the areas not covered by your internal resource.We can also provide a site water hygiene log book comprising of all sections required by legislation and guidance, this includes a site attendance log, temperature monitoring sheets, flushing records, shower clean records, thermostatic mixing valve service sheets as well as the latest legislation and guidance documents. The requirements set out by HSG274 state "it is important that a method for effectively recording and storing the data gathered is established. It is also a requirement that this information is kept at for least five years. (HSE, 2014)Our monitoring and inspection services include but not limited to:

- Expansion Vessel Flushing
We also undertake water sampling and analysis for both closed, process and domestic systems. This includes legionella samples, total viable counts (TVC), potable water, E coli & coliforms and chemical analysis. All bacteriological analysis is conducted through a UKAS accredited laboratory.
